Ingredients
β’ 1 cup fresh spinach
β’ 1 large egg
β’ Pinch of salt (optional)
β’ Black pepper or garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
1. Add spinach and egg to a blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper
4. Spread thin like a wrap
5. Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 10β12 minutes
6. Let cool slightly, then fill with your favorite healthy toppings
