High Protein Biscoff Cookie Dough
High-protein, low-guilt, and tastes like straight-up dessert.
This cookie dough pudding is creamy, sweet, and packed with flavor – perfect post-workout or late-night fix.
Ingredients:
45g protein powder @levelsprotein @target
15g powdered peanut butter
5g natural sweetener (stevia, erythritol, etc.)
Pinch of salt
200ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp melted Biscoff spread
A few chocolate chips
1 Biscoff biscuit (crushed for topping)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the protein powder, powdered peanut butter, sweetener, and salt.
Slowly pour in almond milk while mixing to create a smooth, thick pudding consistency – go slow and stir well to avoid lumps.
Once smooth, swirl in melted Biscoff spread.
Top with chocolate chips and crushed Biscoff biscuit.
