2. For the Cream Cheese Layer:
– Cream Cheese – 200g (Use original cream cheese, not processed cheese spread)

– Fresh Curd (Hung Curd) – 2 tbsp (to add texture and probiotics)
– Stevia – 1 tbsp
– Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
