Hydration isn’t just water, it’s strategy.
Here’s what I drink through the day to support training, recovery & overall health.
My daily hydration flow:
1) Collagen water- supports skin, joints & recovery
2) Lemon shot- aids hydration & digestion
3) Jeera (cumin) water- reduces bloating &improves digestion
4) Electrolytes (during workout)- maintain hydration & muscle function
5) Protein (post workout)- supports muscle repair
6) Creatine- improves strength & performance
7) Moringa + amla + curry leaves shot- antioxidant & immunity support
8) Apple cider vinegar in water- digestion & blood sugar balance
9) Green vegetable juice- boosts micronutrients & gut health
10) Red vegetable juice- supports circulation & reduces inflammation
11) Digestive tea- calms the gut
MORINGA SHOT
Ingredients:
• ½ lemon
• 2-3 curry leaves
• 1 tsp moringa powder
• 2 amlas (if available)
• Pinch jeera powder
• Water to dilute
Blend everything well and drink fresh.
GREEN JUICE
Ingredients:
• 2 handfuls spinach
• 1 cucumber
• 1 handful mint
• 2 celery stalks
• ½ apple
• Lemon (optional)
• Ginger (optional)
Wash, chop, blend until smooth and enjoy immediately.
RED JUICE
Ingredients:
• 1 beetroot
• 2 carrots
• 1 tomato
• 1 apple
• 1 inch ginger (optional)
• 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Wash & chop.
Blend until smooth.
Add ginger last if you want subtle flavour.
Finish with lemon juice & enjoy fresh.
You don’t need to do everything – adapt based on your goals lifestyle.
