– 400 grams Paneer (room temperature)
– ยฝ liter Milk
– 2 tbsp Stevia
– 2โ3 tbsp Desi Ghee
– Almonds (finely chopped)
– Cardamom (Elaichi powder)
– Saffron (Kesar)
– A pinch of Salt
๐จโ๐ณ STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE
Step 1: Heat Milk
– Take a pan and heat ยฝ liter milk
– Bring it to a boil
Step 2: Prepare Paneer
– Grate paneer (ensure it is at room temperature)
– Wash and pat dry before grating
Step 3: Cook Paneer
– Add grated paneer to boiling milk
– Cook until milk evaporates
– Texture should become soft and juicy
Step 4: Add Flavor
– Add 2 tbsp desi ghee
– Add chopped almonds
– Add cardamom powder
– Add saffron
Step 5: Final Cooking
– Cook until milk fully evaporates
– Turn OFF the flame
Step 6: Sweetening (Important Tip)
– Add stevia only after turning off gas

Step 7: Set Kalakand
– Add a pinch of salt
– Mix well
– Grease a container with ghee
– Transfer mixture
– Refrigerate for 1 hour
Step 8: Serve
– Cut into cubes
– Garnish with almonds & walnuts
