Discover the Japanese 3×3 Walking Method, a simple yet powerful exercise routine designed to burn fat, improve circulation, boost energy, and support longevity. This walking secret is gentle on the joints, suitable for all ages, and perfect for beginners or anyone looking to stay active without heavy impact. Today’s workout is 30 minutes. To break up all the walking, we’ll do a move for 20 seconds, and walk for 10 seconds during the slower 3 minute periods. After 3 minutes, we’ll increase the speed and walk fast for 3 minutes. The goal is to try to get your heart rate around 70% of your maximum heart rate. My step count was 4392. Keep in mind, everyone’s step count will vary based on the walking/jogging pace during the 3 minute walking intervals. Please see the post on my blog to learn more:
